Ex Rams Truck And Trailer With Vehicle

Sheriff's deputies obtained warrants against a Summertown woman Saturday after she allegedly rammed her ex-boyfriend's truck and trailer with a vehicle while her daughter was inside.

The victim, age 48, told deputies that continuous confrontations at his apartment had led to him being evicted.

While he was moving his belongings Saturday, he said his ex-girlfriend arrived with her fifteen year old daughter. He said that she was begging him to move in with her, but that he had no desire to do so.

The victim reported that the woman got into his car with her daughter and attempted to run him over. He said she then rammed the front of his truck and the rear fender of his trailer. He told deputies that when he found her truck keys she took them and left.

A witness reported hearing yelling, then going outside to see the woman chasing the victim.

Warrants were obtained against the woman, Michelle Judkins, 37, on charges of aggravated assault, domestic vandalism, and reckless endangerment.

Although deputies looked for her Saturday, they report that at the time the report was filed they had been unable to locate Judkins.
